Our INSTRUCTORS have been approved BY Mia Rodley for teaching and regularly receive career development in collaboration with Becky from mindhop coaching. we always put the relationship with the horse first and are deeply committed to personal development for the betterment of horses. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON A POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY TEAM WITH A DESIRE TO INSPIRE AND SET OUR STUDENTS UP FOR SUCCESS WITH THEIR HORSE

All of our instructors are fully insured under The heart of horsemanship and have a support system in place should they need to tag team on a particular horse or human. ALL NEW CLIENTS RECEIVE AN INTAKE FORM TO SIGN BEFORE THEIR FIRST LESSON WITH OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

We have started to put together an instructors program with Individuals who want to help others live their dreams with their horses, who align with how we are with our horses, how we train, who have spent a great deal of time with myself, dedicated to bettering themselves and their horsemanship. We have a few selected and we have been working closely with Becky from Mindhop Coaching who also aligns with our style of horsemanship - putting the relationship first, and deeply involved with personal development. We hold small in person Instructors training workshops. This is so we can be the best leaders and communicators possible for our students so they get the most out of their lessons!
